The Panthers Need a QB

The Panthers are in an even worse situation than the Texans if they do have their heart set on a quarterback. I think this is a team that has to make a move for a quarterback, whether it's moving up the draft board to get someone not named Will Levis or Lamar Jackson. This is Chris Ballot's chance to go against his typical strategy and be aggressive and find some stars.
