This is the second time that the MAC has been nominated for this prize. People say that they come to the MAC and they feel as if they're on holiday because it feels like Berlin or Paris. The idea that a place where artists of the highest caliber of the most ambitious artistic pursuits rub shoulders with people who didn't go to art college, I've told this story too many times,.
