Nodos - A Taste of Home

I was taught how to make dodos and dumplings when i was little. My parents helped me reupetbe likelhe just thought, if i i didn't know how to make noots myself, i would be starving. Living in edinburgh, the one noodle je has been able to find is raman. She can't find any comparable to the noodles back home. Yet, we love nodos like a sensers.
