i'm always so curious how people do that, specially like, in such high stake. The anxiety i had before that was like level 11 out of ten. So for me to feel that level then was kind of interest ilis. I've been doing this meditation nap called ten %. And and they encourage you to lean in to whatever you're feeling. If it's anxiety, they teach you to be kind of clinical about where it's coming from. Even when i'm not anxious, i'm trying to conjure up the feeling of anxiety as much as possible.
