And he spoke with our colleague, daniel kerleven. So let'start with something really basic. Where is their money from, and why do they matter? They live lavishly. Sometimes they make hundreds of millions or billions of dollars selling those same former state owned enterprises back to the r Russian state. By most accounts, by most accounts, they serve the interests of vladimir puten and often follow his orders.
