Coaching is about knowing what to do differently in a variety of situations, ande offering good advice that turns out to be useful. And then it's about keeping your ego in check by keeping yourself in the background. The only thing the profile gets you is vanity, unless you're selling a book or you want your face in a coin. I think profile really get you in trouble most of the time.
