Collaborative Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence Sharing

This chapter explores the partnership between Cyber Command and the NSA in enhancing cybersecurity for foreign allies, particularly focusing on the involvement of Ukrainian teams in proactive threat detection. It also examines the anticipated but unfulfilled role of Russia in the context of cyber warfare during the Ukraine conflict.
