Does the Church Approve Ongoing Aesthetics?

Holy vargo sent to nimil and wrote, i've been listening to your episodes and i cannot find the answers i am seeking. Does the church ever approve ongoing alleged locutions? Or does the church wait until the locutions have ast before assessing them and determining their validity? My friend believes very firmly in the alleged locutions received by anne the lay apostle. Anne claims to hear directly from god and the saints. Her bishop has given her permission to publish but that doesn't mean he has approved her apparitions as genuinely supernatural.
