Ester, i'm curious to hear again, taken the voice of our sidosout rand and the practitioners that are doing this work. What's coming up for you a lot around trying to understand deeper how they can proactively include everybody? Ester: I think that the positive thing is it doesn't take much to create in group, even between people who are very, very different. And actually creates quite strong in group if you find something they both want to achieve together.
