Radalio and bridgewater make decisions very, very differently than 99 % of companies. Their system for decision making is something called an idea maritocracy. Radical truth means you have created an environment when no one filters their thoughts or questions. People speak what's on their mind and don't filter at all. radical transparency means most everyone can see most everything about a company. And then finally, believe ability. Weighted decision making simply means placing a greater emphasis on the opinions of people who have repeatedly and successfully accomplished the thing that you're questioning.
