Wolves Re-Listed in 2022 - It's Just So Complicated
Wolves were re introduced and put under federal endangered species protection in 19 95 and 19 96. They were then delisted federally in two thousand and eight, d listed in 20 20, and then most recently relisted in 20 22. This most recent one that came just months ago does not apply to wolves in the northern rockies, idaho, montana and wyoming. It's like wolves are protected again in places that they don't live.
