Ukraine's president Volodymars Zelensky is on his way to the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. He tweeted today that it is unprecedented and absurd that Ukraine hasn't been given a timeline for when it may be able to join NATO. Russia's invasion of his country is forcing the NATO alliance over the next two days to confront how far it's going to go to help Ukraine. That's all ahead on today Explained.
