The Functioning Labels Are Not Helpful to Autistic People

Autism is not linear. The autism spectrum is more of a sphere and how we fit into that sphere together. Each of us fits into that sphere with all of our different needs, support needs. And so that's why I plead with people, please get rid of the functioning labels. You're less, you're more, you're worse, you're better. Let's just please stop that right now.
