Is There a Difference Between Equity and Tokens?

Nick: I think there's this pervasive attitude that in order to work at a non-profit or a charity, you have to be paid badly in sacrifice. We want people who believe in our mission, but they're not doing so and we haven't had to make them choose between their values and what pays the bills. Alice: How is it like scaling a small company as opposed to a Dow? What are the key structures that people should understand in terms of how it works from a governance perspective? Nick: The goal though has been to keep it very much a governance token,. You know, to the degree that's possible with a free market all around us.
