Transformers and Dally - What's the Difference?

In 2020 was the year of the Transformers. We use a lot of Transformers, especially for cars. I think Transformers is just another step of this consolidation where it's incredible to me that you can now literally cut and paste the same 300 lines of PyTorch across lots of different domains.
