After the birth of their third child, Candas developed major gi issues. She would wake up in the middle of the night with her blood pressure tanking and feeling like she was going to pass out. The pain that was up under her ribs was so bad they had to have her gall bladder taken out. After finding a tick on her toe six months later, i was sent to an alargist after breaking out in hives. But no one ever asked if i had been bitten by a tick like that. Was not. I never even put the two together, that they could have been, you know, correlated. It's hard to get people to believe you, yes.
