Is There a Free Banking System?

i think a lot of listeners are believers ind f fully reserved, bian backed, a global banking system. But i do think there can be a a free banking system built on biin is etable. I'm absolutely a believer that that could happen. And if that does, an ah, it would be a unique, new type of money that had never been seen before.
