I don't know how they were able to make Europol act upon the Ukraine. The victim was in Belgium. He did a case against me. It was refused many, many times. I think this is my own perception that now he had the connection with the new prosecutor or with the new judge. And that's why he was able to employ Europol to work in Kiev in Ukraine.
