The Importance of Careers

I always think a great question is, to for any leader to ask themselves, am I good for the careers of the people who work for me? I do have different sorts of careers, but if you can have just about answer, yes, I think I am, then you're doing awful lot of things right, I think. Mariah and Elliot are major artists who would have had great careers anyway. And that became a play called This House, which then took us all by surprise. It started off in the smallest theatre, transferred to the biggest theatre, tore all over the country. Well, no, cineclasitin, it's been absolutely brilliant talking to you.
