There is no one dominant a consideration here. There's like just a lot of things we have to put down on the page and ten then try to weigh them up against one another. But i think there are also some patterns in what we've been saying. And so you can see that in general, especially in your first couple of jobs, that's really about trying to test out promising, long tim options. Later career because doing something with better personal fet is higher impact. And early career, because it builds your carer capital faster.
