The parable of the bramble is a great little forgotten parable here in judges, chapter nine. The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them. And they said, unto the olive tree, reign thou over us. Now, an olive tree would be a great hoice for king. I think of what olive oil does, by way of light,. by way of food, by way Of flavour, by wayof healing im the olive trees of israel. There's gethsemane for you. there's it's such an amazing symbol.
