The c s w meeting will come just a few weeks after this historic general assembly vote, in which a hundred and forty one countries went on the record a condemning russia's invasion of ukraine. Will that mean? Does a vote like have any impact on the diplomatic dynamics of negotiating a document on climate justice and engender? And lastly, i mean, is there any sort of way that you see the crisis, the conflict in ukraine, impacting diplomacy around this outcome document?
