Is Hegel Overrated or Underrated?

Hegel is underrated because he writes pretty badly. Rawls was a systematic thinker. One of the last. But his ideas haven't really scaled beyond a very small segment of elites. And so for Rawls's project to succeed he would have to be more persuasive beyond that.
