The Work Diary Is Super Powerful

The work diary to me is a running document, mine's a Google Doc. You have projects you worked on and skills that you developed on your work diary. That way you have all of this information, then you can take to that review. I am well aware of how it's like to have a manager who has no idea what it is you do but they're responsible for your career growth somehow.
