Diversity Programs - Are We Getting Hiere?

People forget that before those programs came, we weren't getting hiere. So everyone goes oa, like, i don't want to be a diversity higher. Yes, you do. I was the first minor demander. I got in the door. And every one of those who went in those programes back in 99, and two thousand and on, are all running their own shows right now. They knocked it out of the park, and they ended up running, running the place. so i flinch when people say, when they, when they talk ill of diversity programs, because i was there.
