The Bank of America fund manager survey showed that investors are holding the highest cash piles going back to 2001. The higher rate environment we're finding in right now is actually the setting of the table or something that's very different than we had for the past few years and decades. Investors need to think about the value of fixed income in this environment not just because of higher rates, but because of its complementary effects to total portfolio outcomes.
