I think there are so many spin-offs and benefits to even just the act of pursuing fitness, being fitter, bettering yourself in a physical sense. I'd recommend everyone does that, but it depends on the individual. If you're 95 years old, probably don't do some heavy squats and deadlifts,. It's all geared towards the individual. But for most people, the problem is some people take things too far - like doing nothing six days a week isn't sustainable. And if you can't make money while doing that, then money to some aspect does need to come first. Otherwise, you are just a gym lad with no income. All you have to do is
