I think there are so many spin-offs and benefits to even just the act of pursuing fitness, being fitter, bettering yourself in a physical sense. I'd recommend everyone does that, but it depends on the individual. If you're 95 years old, probably don't do some heavy squats and deadlifts,. It's all geared towards the individual.
