Is There a Need for Supplementation?

There is no need, but there is a recommendation of probably not a bad idea to take a multivitamin that is vitamin D, etc. in it. And I take potentially omega 3 supplement, maybe every three, I always say three or four days. If you feel like you get an exercise all the time, then you probably need two or three times a year or five days of not exercise. So just to make sure it doesn't become an obsession.
