How to Identify the Operator and Cross the Operator Artery

The prostate artery many times, like when you're at that steep of an obliquity, we'll cross the operator. So your operator is typically going to run pretty straight north south and then it's going to have basically an upside down Y on the bottom of it. The hardest part of cutting down your time and feeling confident is pattern recognition. It takes seen lots of different anatomy, lots of runs to be able to just know if it just kind of starts to jump out at you in a way.
