The web telescope can tell us a lot about the earliest generation of galaxies. It's super exciting for me personally because as a dark matter researcher, the impact of dark matter on those first galaxies could be really different in different kinds of dark matter models. So there's a lot we could learn about certain aspects of fundamental physics by observing these very distant galaxies.
