Preschools and Adverse Childhood Experiences

Jonas Miller: The majority of children in this country will be exposed to at least one adverse childhood experience. He says sending kids to preschool has the capacity to potentially reduce that exposure. Miller: Preschools are perhaps a vehicle of social mobility for those growing up in poverty.
