The Fed's Rate Increases Are Not Going to Be Enough to Bring Inflation Down
The market is now pricing at a 50 basis hike for the meeting in two weeks and maybe even more slow down coming into early next year. But I think that's all good for markets. By any standard inflation remains much too high. Now the question really is going to be, do we see PCE drop significantly? Do we see inflation drop significantly? That's the big question. And, you know, will they be reactive enough to the data?
