How did you know when to start shifting some of your attention and resources towards this concept of expansion and increasing revenue beyond just making customers successful. Great, great question. And it's interesting because we started out as you said, in understanding churn, then, you know, mitigating some of the churn,. And then at some point, we realized that we needed to focus on expansion and upsell. It was sort of like two sides of the same coin. Upsell and pro sell is not just a way to bring more revenue to the company but also improve the customer experience.
