A lot of people can feel better just by doing it but there will, you know, the two thirds of people just by reading feeling good they can improve a lot in depression. Some people need the help of a therapist and there's it isn't true that everyone has to do it, do it on your own sometimes you need another person to get that that leverage to to pop out of it.
