The Importance of Low Weight Exercises in Traveling
Grau: I've been in America for six weeks. Very, very long time. But more than that, one of the problems that I have with traveling is that, okay, so in my regular routine, I use free weights to do like bench presses and squats and this kind of stuff. Like again, very, very low weights. Grau: When they see my noodle body in person, it's like, wait a minute. I thought you lifted weights hands. They're very small. It makes it sound like you're pulling planes with your teeth and lifting up cars with your bare hands.
