The Importance of Being a Team Leader

I started kind of growing off in my own little like, like my own little branch. And that wasn't really working for me in rice and shine because I mean, busy schedule is one thing. But sometimes it just gets really hard because we've all grown into such different people. It's definitely bittersweet because we've been a pretty great team so far. We're hoping to keep up the same good energy and things.
