"I have had the sci-fi idea in mind for a long time, but this story in particular came out of like a really great nourishing also and feedback that came from the editors over at logic," he said. "All my sci-fi stories are going to be in one universe and I want to use like the first handful of short stories to kind of establish with vignettes." He added: "It's some really fucking good like Lovecraftian cosmic horror type shit".
