I have become more and more convinced in my own head that actually we should have a goal of reducing the amount of money we spend as a share of GDP on the maintenance side of the NHS. It's utter insanity that we do that. And I think technology can play a huge part. A really interesting discussion with an expert radiologist who was saying that actually AI could be transformative in terms of how we assess cancer scans or things like that. Everybody wants to get to that place, but it will take some money. But isn't that also because our kind of health has deteriorated so much and there's lots of different reasons for that?"
