i think a big part of his appeal to conservatives is this thing that, like, he's an academic and he's a little bit inscrutable. Like the joke during 27 was that his ben in jerry's flavor was, that's not what i meant. This is an excert from a very good neyor times profile of jordan peterson. Sohe is taking this sort of jungian idea about archetypes...and trying to express it in a way that seems very literal. Impossible to read this fucking man.
