Speed Reading
Speed reading is a way of focusing more on content words versus functioning words, and preventing that regression that will slow you down. The cool thing about the quick read is that it links two things, like insta paper and pocket. So i already had articles all loaded up on there, so i just press play, and the r the words were flashing really fast. And i actually felt like my comprehension and concentration and focus were increased at that higher speed.
