Student Agency and Student Voice

Student agency is really that capacity we have to be agents in our own lives. We don't become agents just because some one hands it to us or helps us get there. And a key action is having a voice an what we do. When student voice is at the centr of the process, engagement goes up and motivation goes up as well.
