Great companies are built through up and down markets. So there is no better time for founders to start a company than yesterday or to day. You should have started yesterday, as you'll probably start to day. That is true in the up market, in the down market, in everything in between. If you've got a great idea and there's customers who want your product, there's no bad time to start. But there are differences to how things will work when you start.
