The steeper the growth curve and the top line, the more room you have to invest. When your growth wanes, then of course getting even more efficient is harder because you just have less to go invest with. The second thing I'd say is invest in a repeatable playbook,. It's so valuable to have that clear playbook as you're onboarding new sellers and account team members. Solving for speed can be a big unlock, there are many opportunities in every function in the company.
