On all dogs list, you should have the word water because water will be reinforcing to your dog. Water is always at the top of the list and water mixed with something else. A dry reinforcer, like a dry cookie, maybe a kibble if you're a kibble feeder, would potentially be a low value reinforcement for most dogs.
