The Reverse Hyper for Lower Back Pain
You really can't duplicate a reverse hyper. I mean, you can without weight, but then it takes away from te rehabilitative component. It decompresses the spine, especially the lumbar spine. Ifs there any movement wereyou've got a vertical loading of the spine, it does wonders to do what you just said. And i'm sincere whan i tell you, nothing has added to my squat like that.
