When something else goes wrong they compare it yeah and so like I've got a few friends and even family members with chronic health conditions. They just don't see it as that big of a deal and that's not okay to be in that position because you should be mentally well, she says. "I really frustrates me sometimes I want to shake these people and be like it's actually okay that that's a bad thing" She adds: 'The best way of breaking down stigma is actually to open the doors and open the conversation up'
