From Heidegger's standpoint, the meaning of everything is connected to this particular people at this particular time. All of the ways in which in liberalism, the state or the country doesn't completely control anything disappeared. Those grounds separate you from too much attachment to this people. But those grounds also give you some caution about what you yourself might do and about the relationship between philosophy and politics.
