Sujan Patel's the customer delight playbook we have talked about delight plenty of times on the show and as you James pointed out to me maybe four or five times even are we talking about delight again. So when I saw this article there's something that keeps nagging me and I need to get to the bottom of what that is it seems that like in UX we there are so many people think that yes creating enjoyable experiences and the wow factorlike the climax of experiences is what we're doing in UX with that's the goal of our efforts.
