The Promising Role of Land Trusts in Affordable Housing
LZ Granderson: We clearly need to change policy to expand the reach of land trusts and make it more feasible. Do you know of any recent legislative efforts that have been successful? LZ: The property rights of land in cities is the key backlog issue, for us to reconstruct that. He says there are a lot of less little lessons learned of policies changed that happened because of this project. But when you still add it all up, those are little parts of the whole project. And so I think that's what it's come down to for me is the main thing we need to do.
