A lot of concerns about maritocracy are at the high end. It's the rest of the distribution that's important, and the lower end especially. I think we need to get very creative universal basic income. But i'm not good at figuring out implications or what we do about these things. All i learn is: What is simple and easy? And anybody who tells you they know it better than me will be wrong.
